Protecting Your Privacy
Version 1.1 • Last updated: 06.06.2026
At OverlyX.net, we believe that privacy is a fundamental human right. We don't just store your data, we protect it. This document explains how our team interacts with your information.
1. What data do we collect and why?
We adhere to the Data Minimization principle — we collect only what is necessary for the service to function:
- Email — your only official identifier (ID). It is needed for login and sending server status notifications.
- System Logs — technical information about the login time and IP address. This helps us protect your account from Unauthorized Access.
- Cookies — small pieces of data that allow you to stay authorized in the control panel without entering your password on every click.
2. Security Measures
We invest significant resources in infrastructural security:
- Encryption at rest — all your service passwords are encrypted with the AES-256 algorithm. Even if the database falls into the hands of third parties, they will not be able to read your passwords.
- SSL Encryption — all traffic between your browser and our servers is protected by a high-level certificate.
- Backups — we regularly perform backups of system data to ensure Disaster Recovery.
3. Data Transfer and Sub-processors
We never sell your data to advertising networks. However, for work we need Sub-processors (processing partners):
- Data Center Providers — companies where our servers physically stand. They do not have access to the contents of your disks.
- Payment Gateways — payment gateways that process your payments. We do not store your bank card data locally; this is handled by professional certified systems.
4. Your Rights (GDPR & Beyond)
Regardless of your location, we provide you with rights inspired by global best practices:
- Right to access — you can always see all your data in your profile.
- Right to erasure (Deletion) — you can request complete deletion of your account and all associated data through the ticket system (subject to legal requirements for storing financial documents).
- Right to rectification — if you have changed your email, you can update it at any time.
5. Notification of Changes
If we radically change our approach to data processing, we will send you an Email notification. Your continued use of the Service will signify agreement with the updated policy.
